Today, we celebrate the 92nd birth anniversary of Mehmood, one of Bollywood’s most beloved comedians and actors. Born on September 29, 1932, in Mumbai, India, Mehmood Ali left an indelible mark on Indian cinema with his impeccable comic timing and versatile performances.

Mehmood’s journey in the film industry spanned over four decades, during which he appeared in over 300 films. He began his career as a child artist in the 1940s and went on to become one of the highest-paid comedians in Bollywood during the 1960s and 1970s.
